DELIVERY POLICY

Party Bee Event Rentals provides delivery, setup, and pickup services across the Phoenix Metro area. Please review our delivery policy before booking.

 

SERVICE AREA

We deliver to Tolleson, Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, and surrounding areas within approximately 25 miles of Tolleson, AZ.

 

Deliveries outside our standard service area may be available for an additional fee. Contact us at 602-725-6845 to confirm availability for your location.

 

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees vary based on distance, order size, and event type. Your delivery fee will be clearly stated in your quote before you confirm your booking. Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been completed.

 

DELIVERY WINDOWS

We will confirm your delivery window at the time of booking. We ask that someone be present and accessible at the delivery location for the duration of the delivery and setup window. If no one is available at the agreed time, a redelivery fee may apply.

 

SETUP

Standard setup includes placement of tables, chairs, and tent installation at the agreed location. The client must ensure:

• Clear vehicle access to the setup area

• A flat, level, and safe surface for all equipment

• No obstructions, locked gates, or access restrictions at the time of delivery

• A designated contact available on-site during setup

 

Additional setup fees may apply for multi-level locations, long carry distances, or complex configurations.

 

PICKUP

Pickup times will be confirmed at booking. All rental equipment must be accessible and in the same general area as set up at the time of pickup. Equipment that has been moved or is inaccessible may result in additional fees or a delayed pickup charge.
