Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Party Bee Event Rentals. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

 

RETAINER PAYMENTS

All retainer payments are non-refundable. The retainer secures your event date and covers administrative and scheduling costs. By paying the retainer, you acknowledge and agree that it will not be returned regardless of cancellation reason.

 

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your event: You will not be charged the remaining balance. Your retainer is forfeited.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of your event: The full remaining balance may be charged. No refund will be issued.

 

RESCHEDULING

We are happy to reschedule your event subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before your event date. Your retainer will transfer to the new date. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to current availability.

 

WEATHER-RELATED CANCELLATIONS

If Party Bee cancels or cannot complete a setup due to unsafe weather conditions (including monsoons, high winds, lightning, or extreme heat), we will offer:

• A full rescheduling credit, or

• Store credit toward a future booking

 

Cash refunds are not guaranteed in weather-related situations. We will always work with you to find a fair solution.

 

EQUIPMENT ISSUES

In the rare event that Party Bee cannot fulfill your booking due to equipment failure or error on our part, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the retainer.

 

DAMAGE DEPOSITS

If a damage deposit was collected and no damage occurred, it will be returned within 5–7 business days following your event.
