Booking & Payment

A non‑refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

Remaining balance must be paid before delivery.

Unpaid balances may result in cancellation.
Client Responsibilities

Supervise all guests, children, and pets around equipment.

Do not move or alter equipment after setup.

Return all items in the same condition as delivered.
Weather & Safety
Party Bee may refuse setup or require early takedown due to:

High winds • Monsoon activity • Extreme heat • Lightning or unstable ground

If weather prevents safe setup, rescheduling or credit may be offered. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Liability

Client assumes responsibility for all guests using the equipment.

Party Bee is not liable for injuries or property damage caused by misuse or unsafe conditions.
Agreement
By booking, paying, or accepting delivery, you agree to these
Terms & Conditions.
Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Delivery includes drop‑off at the agreed location.

Setup includes tent installation and table/chair placement unless noted.

Client must ensure clear access and a safe, level setup area.
-
Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carries, or restricted access.
Damage, Loss & Cleaning

Client is responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning.

Missing items are billed at full replacement value.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Retainers are non‑refundable.
-
Cancellations within 72 hours may require full payment.
-
Rescheduling is based on availability.
Photo Use
Party Bee may use event photos for marketing unless the client opts out in writing.
