TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: April 2026 By booking, paying, or accepting delivery from Party Bee Event Rentals ("Party Bee"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery.

• Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the retainer.

• Prices are subject to change. Quoted prices are locked upon receipt of retainer.

DELIVERY, SETUP & PICKUP

• Delivery includes transport and drop-off at the agreed location within our service area.

• Setup includes tent installation and table and chair placement unless otherwise noted in writing.

• The client must ensure clear vehicle access, a safe and level setup area, and a designated contact on-site at the time of delivery.

• Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carries, restricted access, or locations outside our standard service area.

• Pickup times will be confirmed at booking. Equipment must be accessible at the agreed pickup time.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• The client is responsible for supervising all guests, children, and animals around rental equipment at all times.

• Do not move, alter, or disassemble equipment after Party Bee has completed setup.

• All rental items must be returned in the same clean condition as delivered.

• The client is responsible for securing equipment during the rental period.

DAMAGE, LOSS & CLEANING

• The client is financially responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or excessive soiling of rental equipment during the rental period.

• Missing items will be billed at full replacement value.

• Equipment returned with excessive dirt, stains, or damage beyond normal use will incur a cleaning or repair fee.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• All retainer payments are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may require full payment of the remaining balance.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 72 hours before the event.

• Party Bee reserves the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, equipment damage, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered.

WEATHER & SAFETY

Party Bee reserves the right to refuse setup, modify the setup, or require early equipment retrieval due to unsafe conditions including but not limited to:

• High winds or gusts above safe thresholds

• Monsoon activity or severe thunderstorms

• Extreme heat affecting equipment integrity

• Lightning or unstable ground conditions If weather prevents safe setup, Party Bee will offer rescheduling or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed in weather-related cancellations.

LIABILITY

• The client assumes full responsibility for the safety of all guests using the rental equipment.

• Party Bee Event Rentals is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unsafe conditions created by the client or guests.

• Party Bee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

PHOTO USE

Party Bee may photograph event setups for use in marketing materials, website content, and social media. If you wish to opt out of photo use, please notify us in writing at the time of booking.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
